Your role

As an operator, you play an important role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and hygiene standards - something that is crucial when the materials are used in healthcare.

The work is practical, and you will work with several tasks along the production line, such as:

• Preparation of materials
• Quality controls
• Handling of machines for processing and packaging
• Production tests
• Packaging of surgical materials

As parts of the process are automated, your role will evolve - and there is an opportunity to eventually take on responsibilities as a machine operator.

You will work in a team where collaboration, structure, and helpfulness are a natural part of everyday life. Rotation between tasks occurs regularly throughout the day to create variety.

Since we work in a highly clean environment, each day begins with us ensuring the cleanliness of the room together according to a fixed checklist - an important step for quality.

Your profile

To thrive in the role of operator in our highly clean production environment, we believe you are meticulous, responsible, and have a natural eye for hygiene and details. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team, and care about contributing to a good atmosphere around you.

You are curious, eager to learn new things, and do not hesitate to ask questions when something is unclear. While you carefully follow standards and processes, you also look for opportunities to improve work methods and contribute to development in small ways.

We would like you to have:

• High school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience from industry or work in clean rooms
• A technical interest
• Forklift license
• Driver's license B

We use the business system Monitor in our daily work. If you have not worked with it before, there is no problem - you will receive an introduction and learn quickly with the right support.
